Lake Park is a high-quality community in Ft. Wayne metro with newer vintage homes, high portion of tenant owned homes, direct-billed public utilities, and a small lake.
This is a milestone acquisition for ELYA as we now have more than 1,000 lots under management and 16 communities in 5 states
