April 2025 – ELYA holdings acquired two communities in Martinsburg, WV totaling 82 lots. The Martinsburg portfolio is an off-market acquisition in an area with significant demand for affordable housing. The portfolio offers vacant lots for infill, all tenant owned homes, and public utilities directly-billed to tenants, making this an attractive asset for long-term growth and income to our investors. We now manage 27 communities with 1,800 lots in 7 states and continue to expand.
