Hidden Valley Community – Ionia, MI
Phelps Community – Decatur, MI
This is a major milestone for ELYA increasing our portfolio to more than 460 lots. We have closed 6 transactions in the last 18 months and have the proven capital resources and capabilities to get deals done even in difficult situations. We continue to expand and are looking for more acquisitions.
