April 2023 – ELYA Holdings acquired Deerfield Village, a 58-site community in Ridgeway, VA.
Deerfield Village is more than 90% occupied with all tenant-owned homes and public utilities directly-billed to tenants. This off-market deal is very close to 2 of our other parks allowing us to leverage our management capabilities in the area, and is our 7th acquisition in Virginia. We now manage 18 communities with 1,200 lots in 6 states and are looking for more acquisitions.
