August 2023 – ELYA Holdings acquired Pine Village Manufactured Housing Community, a 58-site community in Mattawan, MI.
Pine Village is a pristine community with all new-vintage homes, high occupancy, brand new infrastructure, and public utilities. The Community is in the high-demand Kalamazoo metro area where we operate additional properties. We now manage 21 communities with 1,400 lots in 6 states and are looking for more acquisitions.
