November 2022 – ELYA Holdings acquired Royal Pam Estates Manufactured Housing Community, a 103-site community in Cairo, GA.
Royal Palm is a high-quality community in the Tallahassee metro area which has gone through complete renovation, has public utilities, high occupancy, and high portion of newer vintage homes.
This acquisition shows our ability to find great value opportunities in a tough credit environment. In 2022, we have closed 5 transactions totaling 390 lots. We now manage more than 1100 lots in 6 states
