The Southland acquisition further Strengthen our presence in Alabama. With strong market demand for affordable housing, public utilities directly billed, and attractive infill potential, Southland is great value-add opportunity for us. Our portfolio now includes 13 parks in 3 states and 810 lots under management. We continue to expand and are looking for more acquisitions.
