February 2021 – ELYA Holdings acquired the Daleville Mobile Home Park, a 152-lot community in Daleville, AL
This acquisition is a major milestone for ELYA entering a new state with a large acquisition. Daleville is a pristine park with high occupancy, high percentage of new homes, and public utilities directly-billed to tenants. Our portfolio now includes 11 parks in 3 states and 667 lots under management. We continue to expand and are looking for more acquisitions.
