November 2021 – ELYA Holdings acquired Village View Manufactured Housing Community, a 71-site community in Paw Paw, MI
Village View is a pristine community in high-demand area with all new-vintage homes, high occupancy, and public utilities. Our plan is to expand the community to 81 sites by developing 10 additional approved lots. Our portfolio now includes 12 parks in 3 states and 750 lots under management. We continue to expand and are looking for more acquisitions.
