July 15, 2026 – ELYA Holdings announced today that it has acquired Country Estates Manufactured Home Community in Tipton, IA.
Country Estates is a well-located community situated between the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City metro areas. The 72-lot community features a majority of tenant-owned homes, direct-billed utilities, and a value-add opportunity to infill vacant lots. The acquisition marks ELYA’s first in Iowa, expanding the platform’s footprint to eight states. ELYA Holdings now manages more than 2,100 lots and is actively seeking additional acquisitions.
