June 2024 – ELYA Holdings acquired two communities – Round Lake, a 108-site community in Manitou Beach, MI, and Pine Lake, a 127-site community in Belmont, OH.
We are very proud of our team’s ability to close two independent deals on the same day. Both communities offer great curb-appeal, attractive current income, and significant value-add opportunity by filling up vacant sites with new homes. We now own 24 communities in 6 states, bringing our total lots under management to 1,660. We continue to expand our platform and are looking for more acquisitions.
