Colonial is a high-quality community in the South Bend metro area, featuring 99% occupancy, newer-vintage homes, a high proportion of tenant-owned homes, direct-billed public utilities, and an additional parcel already zoned for expansion. ELYA Holdings now manages more than 2,100 lots across seven states and is actively seeking additional acquisitions. We welcome any introductions to off-market manufactured housing communities.
