October 30, 2026 – ELYA Holdings announced today that it has acquired Country East Manufactured Home Community in Weatherford, OK.
Country East is located roughly 70 miles west of Oklahoma City along the growing I-40 corridor, in Weatherford, home to Southwestern Oklahoma State University. The 61-lot community features a majority of tenant-owned homes and a value-add opportunity to infill vacant lots. The acquisition marks ELYA’s first in Oklahoma, expanding the platform’s footprint to nine states. ELYA Holdings now manages more than 2,200 lots and is actively seeking additional acquisitions.
