November 2025 – ELYA Holdings is pleased to announce the acquisition of Diamond Hill Manufactured Home Community in Moneta, VA, adding 56 lots and bringing our portfolio to over 2,000 lots under management.
Diamond Hill is a majority tenant-owned community located in the strong and growing Roanoke Metro area. This acquisition is a strategic expansion of our Virginia cluster, where ELYA has built substantial management infrastructure, infill capabilities, and operational efficiencies across nine communities.
With this closing, ELYA surpasses 2,000 lots under management, now operating 30 communities across 7 states—a significant milestone in our long-term growth strategy.
