ELYA Holdings Acquires Two Manufactured Home Communities in Kalamazoo, MI Metro Area

August 2025 – ELYA holdings acquired two communities in Kalamazoo Metro Area, adding 159 lots. This off-market acquisition strengthens our presence in Michigan, where we can further leverage our operational scale and efficiencies. The communities are primarily tenant-owned homes with high occupancy and offer attractive value-add opportunities through the infill of vacant lots.  The two communities are Maple Hill Village, located in Hartford, MI,  and Lawrence MHP, located in Lawrence, MI.
