ELYA Home Fund

The ELYA Home Fund, an independently financed captive vehicle, provides funding for the purchase and installation of new manufactured homes across our communities. As a core element of ELYA Holdings’ value-add strategy, the Fund enhances community value by filling vacant lots with high-quality homes.

ELYA Home Fund I launched in May 2025, and we anticipate introducing ELYA Home Fund II in the fourth quarter of 2025.
